This elected
position presides at meetings of this corporation and its Executive Council and supervises activities undertaken by this
corporation. The Executive Council of the Minnesota Women of Today has the same purpose as the local chapter's Board of
Directors. The Council meets prior to each state meeting and may take action on policies, make recommendations, and discuss
items of importance to local chapters. |

This appointed
position supervises the District Directors and is the contact with the Local State Delegates; and serves on the Future
Directions committee. |

This appointed
position is the administrator of membership and the state's Growth Plan, which is a schedule of planned membership growth
for chapters, districts and the state. It details membership activity for the year to plan for membership growth. |

This appointed
position is in charge of the TLC chapters; supervises Gold Team; promotes the
use of chapter management tools; and coordinates LOTS. |

This appointed
position is administrator of internal programming, supervises five Internal State Program Managers and serves on the Future Directions committee. |

This appointed
position is administrator of the External Programming areas. This Vice President supervises the six external state program managers
and serves on the Future Directions committee. She also is the liaison between the MNWT and foundations and serves on the MNWT
Foundation Board. The External Program areas cover education, projects or fundraising for the benefit of foundations the local,
district or state level. |

This appointed
position assists chapters with the extensions process and follows through with newly extended chapters; and shall
promote chapter extensions. The Extensions Manual and other extension information is available through the Extensions
Director. This manual gives chapters the information they need to start and follow through with chapter extensions. |

This appointed position
records and distributes the minutes of all meetings; compiles Chapter Mailings and the state Plan of Action; and
coordinates the PALS program. |

This elected position
prepares the state budget; acts as chairman of the Finance Committee; supervises the Ways & Means state program
manager; and serves on MNWT Foundation Board. |

This appointed position
oversees parliamentary procedure at meetings of the corporation; responsible for review of state by-laws and policies. |

This position is
held by the immediate past president. She presides over the Elections Committee and March Planning. She also serves
as Historian for the MNWT, and is the liaison between the MNWT and the USWT, as well as the chair of the ONTO Committee
for National Convention. |

This position
is the only permanent, paid position in the Minnesota Women of Today. The Executive Director serves as a resource for chapters
through the Chapter Service Center. The Webmaster also reports to the Executive Director. |

This appointed position
assists the State President in any activities (s)he deems necessary and compiles the Executive Council Directory. |
