Women of Today provides opportunities for members to experience personal and professional growth in areas such as self-esteem, communication skills, confidence, and working effectively with others. Personal Enrichment Program courses are offered on a variety of topics and additional training is also available. Support is provided internally as well as from outside sources. Lea
This programming area offers training in Goal Setting, Financial Planning, Leadership Training, Time Management, Team Building, Public Speaking, Effective Writing, Effective Speaking, and much more! It was developed to encourage a member's personal growth -- mentally, spiritually, civically and through family. Highlights include: promoting the Living and Learning certification; promoting Personal Enrichment Program courses; encouraging USWT Certifications and Competitions (Speaking, Writing and Impromptu); and organizing fellowship services, invocations and benedictions at convention.
Each trimester we offer our membership online training where participants will learn more about our programming areas, membership techniques, and online tools. We will soon be offering webinars to prospective members that will show you what our organization will offer you.
